For a quick visit, it was a good stay. the staff here were super friendly - that was definitely a plus! the hotel is in a peaceful area and it's conveniently close to the hockey arena 🏒.

The Queen studio had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator. the location in a peaceful area was quiet. - There were convenience stores nearby.

The staff. They don't clean, they don't provide service. I asked for some air freshener and they told me I had to go down to the office and get it myself! They gave me a post it note with my room# on it. How ghetto is that? The room smelled of smoke and I requested a non smoking room there was hair in the sheets. The carpet was wet by the a/c unit. Water leaking in the so called kitchen. Missing light bulbs from the lighting fixtures. The carpet looked like it was never cleaned.

The room with 2 full beds was great and the bed was comfortable; the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was tidy, with two comfortable beds and all the basics I needed. It even had a handy microwave oven and a fridge 🍿. The staff were friendly and on top of things, making the whole experience smooth. Plus, the peaceful location near the airport was a nice touch.

The rooms could use a little more modernization. Everything seems old and ugly. Including the bathrooms and get rid of the carpeting all together. Fix the a/c in the rooms. Sometimes they work sometimes they don't.
